Welmore Co., Ltd. (“Welmore”) was founded at the end of 2001 and relocated to Nan-Kang Software Park ( NKSP), the major Biotech hub of Taipei, in September 2003. Led by Mr. Fu-Chan Chen, our President,
we initiated our business from distribution of medical devices and service.
In view of the bright outlook of biotechnology industry, Welmore established a subsidiary, Welgene biotech Co., Ltd., at the beginning of 2004. Welgene's business is focused on Microarray Analysis and Real-Time PCR technology service and research.
In August 2004, we expanded our business to include the exclusive distributionship of Fujinon Electronic Endoscope to our business scope.
